AliExpress's Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancelling Orders
Customers can cancel their orders on AliExpress before they have been shipped or before the seller begins processing them. To cancel an order, customers can click the "Cancel Order" button on the order details page.
After Order is Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, customers can no longer cancel it. However, they may be able to return the item for a refund.
Refunds
Customers who cancel their orders before they are shipped will receive a full refund. Customers who cancel their orders after they have been shipped may be eligible for a partial refund.
The refund will be processed within 3-20 business days of the order being cancelled. The refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method.
