Merchant Reports

Overview

There are three different Merchant Reports available in Google Merchant Center:

• Merchant Statement of Account Credit Notice
• Settlement Report
• Transaction Report

Merchant Statement of Account Credit Notice

Shows sales and credits from Google.

Use this report to view details about transactions, refunds, adjustments, and credits issued for your sales. This report is available as a downloadable CSV file.

Settlement Report

Use for detailed information about each transaction.

Use this report to view all transactions that settled to your bank account.

Transaction Report

Shows a record of all transactions.

Use this report to view a record of all orders, including the current order status, total sales, and transaction ID.

Access Merchant Reports

1. Sign in to your Google Merchant Center account.
2. Select Reports.
3. Select the type of report you want to view.
4. Select the date range for the report.
5. Select Download.
