Sanders Calls Finebaum "Out of Touch" and "Biased"

Jackson State head coach Deion Sanders has fired back at Paul Finebaum's recent criticism of his team and his coaching style. In an interview with ESPN, Sanders called Finebaum "out of touch" and "biased" and accused him of not giving Jackson State a fair shake.

"He's Out of Touch"

Sanders said that Finebaum is "out of touch" with the reality of HBCU football. He pointed out that Jackson State is a small school with limited resources and that they are competing against much larger and wealthier schools.

"He doesn't understand the challenges that we face," Sanders said. "He's never been in our shoes, and he doesn't know what it's like to try to build a program from scratch."

"He's Biased"

Sanders also accused Finebaum of being "biased" against Jackson State. He said that Finebaum has a history of making negative comments about HBCU football and that he is not giving Jackson State a fair chance.

"He's always looking for something to criticize," Sanders said. "He's not interested in giving us a fair shake. He's just trying to tear us down."

Sanders' Response

Sanders said that he is not going to let Finebaum's criticism get to him. He said that he is focused on building a winning program at Jackson State and that he is not going to let anything distract him from that goal.

"I'm not going to let him get in my head," Sanders said. "I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing, and I'm going to let my results speak for themselves."
